Import a guest list and check the households
Bring a CSV or paste. Seat Everyone does not log in to Zola, The Knot, or Joy. The column names below are what this importer currently recognizes. They were not re-exported from those sites for this page.
What the importer currently looks for
A file with Name and RSVP Status, and no First Name column, is read as Zola-shaped. A file with First Name plus Name on Envelope or Tags, and Party, is read as Joy-shaped. Other files, including a Knot-shaped first and last name export, go through the generic column mapper.
There is no direct sync. If RSVPs change, export again or edit the people already in the chart.
Check that each household survived
After import, the preview states a guest count and a household count. Compare that household count with the parties you expect. A couple split across two households is a correction to make before seating, not a fact the chair count can see.
This check is the import preview you already get. It is not a second product and not a guarantee that every export's party column means a household.
