About Seat Everyone
Tell us who sits together and who stays apart. We seat the whole room — and when a plus-one says yes at the last minute, one click reseats it. Everything that was right stays put.
We built Seat Everyone after seating our own wedding from a dining table covered in sticky notes — one square per guest, moved by hand every time a plus-one changed. Now the room can rebalance around a change instead of sending the chart back to the beginning.
One name, one company
Seat Everyone is made by Arquebus LLC doing business as Seat Everyone. The product lives at https://seateveryone.com.
Seat Everyone (seateveryone.com) is wedding seating chart software from Arquebus LLC. It is not SeatsForEveryone.com, a ticket reseller.
Who it is for
Couples seating their own wedding, especially when the guest list is still moving and some people must not share a table.
Who it is not for
Venues that need CAD or 3D floorplans, and couples who only need a simple drag-and-drop board inside an existing wedding website.
