Is there a subscription?
No. Pay once for this wedding. The named chart, floorplan, and every reseat stay yours.
Does it work with Zola, The Knot, or Joy?
Yes. Export the guest list as CSV from those sites and import it here. Seat Everyone does not log into those accounts or pull live RSVPs.
Does it auto-seat or is it drag-and-drop?
It auto-seats. You name who belongs together and who must not share a table; the room is placed, then you adjust only the exceptions.
Can I keep two people apart?
Yes. Mark a keep-apart and those two people are not assigned the same table. The rest of the room still seats around that rule.
What happens when a plus-one appears?
Add the plus-one and reseat in one click. The party stays together; you do not rebuild the chart by hand.
Is there a free trial?
