Never redo your seating chart by hand.
Tell us who sits together and who stays apart. We seat the whole room — and when a plus-one says yes at the last minute, one click reseats it. Everything that was right stays put.
About 10 minutes. No account to start. $49 once for the whole wedding · 7-day refund.
Two of my friends have never met. I know they’d love each other.
- Elena and Priya seated together
- Every date stays paired
- Family table untouched
You know the people. Seat Everyone handles the room.
1. Your guest list. 2. Who should sit together. 3. Your finished chart.
It auto-seats. You name who belongs together and who must not share a table; we place the room.
A drag-and-drop grid still makes you do the deciding. Here you hand the deciding over.

Upload the list you already have. We read every guest, +1, and party.

A note from us
Invention is supposed to be born of necessity. Ours was born of love — and of a dining table covered in sticky notes, one square per guest, each moved by hand every time somebody’s plus‑one changed. We built Seat Everyone so the room could rebalance around the change instead of putting us back at the beginning, and we hope it makes the seating one less thing between you and a perfect day.
