Seat Everyone vs Prismm
Allseated, now Prismm — the same product, and the name most couples still search for. Prismm is venue CAD: 3D floorplans for venues and planners. It is built for the venue's room, not the couple's guest list. You still have to build the venue model and learn the CAD. Couples seating their own wedding need a table plan, not a 3D venue model. We place tables from the list and the rules you actually have, then change the chart when RSVPs move. $49 once per wedding · no subscription · 7-day refund.
Who the 3D model is actually for
A venue CAD model is a sales and operations artefact. The venue uses it to show the room and place the furniture it owns; the planner uses it to prove a layout before a client signs. Both are professional workflows with a room at the centre.
A couple seating their own wedding has a guest list at the centre and one room that is already booked. The model is not wrong, it is answering a different question.
What to send the venue instead
Venues ask for a table plan, a floor plan and a count, not a model. A finished chart with tables labelled and the head table marked answers all three, and the seat-count arithmetic answers the question underneath it: does this room hold this many tables at this spacing.
If a venue insists on its own tool it will usually draw your plan in it for you. Take that offer; you are not going to out-CAD the venue.
The 2am problem
You have the guest list. What you do not have is the chart. Who has to sit together, who cannot be near whom, which plus-one just said yes, which table is now over — and why the version you have already redone is wrong again.
Most tools give you a blank floor plan, a guest list, or an AI first draft. You still have to make it right. We do not. You hand over the list and the rules; the finished chart comes back. When a reply changes, the chart changes with it, and you do not start over.

What that means for your week
A first draft is easy. The fifth chart is the job.
- You stop moving names by hand. The chart starts from your whole list, not from a blank canvas you have to fill yourself.
- You do not start over when one person says yes. A new plus-one or a new “these two cannot sit together” changes the chart. The rest stays put.
- The rules you actually have are not suggestions. Who has to sit together, who cannot be near whom, couples and families staying whole, tables that do not overflow. Those are checked before the chart is finished. It has also been tested on the ugly version: split families, keep-aparts, plus-ones, giant family blocks, rooms with no spare seats, and changes the week of.
- You pay once, not monthly. $49 for this wedding, every name on the paid chart, a printable floorplan, and as many reseats as the list needs.
